How do I get paid?
At the end of each week, you need to complete a client list after your clients have been acknowledged by the IRS. You receive commission when your client is fully funded from the IRS. You will receive the percentage of commission spelled out in your signed agreement.
How do I submit a Client List?
Affiliates who are paid directly from the Corporate office must use the following link:

Please DO NOT email a list or this form to the payroll department.
When do I get paid?
A) If you are in a group or have been designated to receive pay from the Corporate office, you will get paid on the following Friday if/when commission fees are received IN FULL for your client(s).
B) If you are not in a group and receive your commissions directly from the bank, then you will receive your commissions as your client(s) fund.
My client was fully funded, but I still have not received any commission payments.
Ensure you don’t have any outstanding fees. If you receive your pay from Corporate, make sure the funding cycle is complete.
What are outstanding fees?
Outstanding fees can include, but are not limited to, prior year balances, non bank product returns, invoices, audit protection fees, advance fees, etc.
When does a funding cycle begin and end?
Normally, the funding cycle begins on Monday and ends on Friday. There is no funding on the weekends.
How will I know if I have any outstanding fees?
If you are in a group, then you will receive a commission summary that details all income expenses. You will only receive this summary if commission has been received or you have incurred an expense. You will be able to view these summaries in the Affiliate Portal.
