  • Tax Year (2022, 2021, etc.. )
  • Last 4 of the SSN
Important Information
  • Example: error message, please take a picture or write down what that error is
  • Do you have all the info form the taxpayer/customer?
 
These pieces of information will help get a faster resolution to the issue.
